The brand-new built villa is encircled by a low wall made by rocks of the country. With its outdoor pool heated from 1st May to 31st October, its pergola, its terrace, its deckchairs, its garden, everything is designed in order to welcome you in an idyllic setting during the whole year.

The villa has two accommodations: the Agapi and the Asteri rooms that can welcome two adults each.

The property has its own private parking and is located at 3 kilometres from a seaside resort with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

On request, the host can serve you breakfast at your room terrace. In the afternoon she can make you savour her homemade cocktails, the local alcohols and let you discover the prestigious Greek wines. Sodas are also available.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful walks on the heights of the region and in the direction of the sea. It is closed to the classified village of “Maroulas”.

Thirty kilometres from the villa you will find the Sea of Libya and its little villages, simply stunning.

Many activities are available in the region. We will give you all the information about them according to your interests.

Each room is equipped with a big double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe, a big shower, a sink with cupboard and a toilet. Each room also has its private fridge and a private terrace with a sea view. Shower products and household linen are included.

Outdoor leisure swimming pool from 8 metres by 3.80: The dept is 1.30 to 1.40 metre. It’s heated at a temperature of 28 degrees. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse. The pergola where the family table, the terrace and the deckchairs are is at the edge of the pool. Towels are at your service too.

The season begins May 1 and ends October 31.
